Unfortunately I think it's Stambouli whose blocking his path into the first team for us as I think they both perform the same role.

crap news, this seasons has been a bit of a write off for him. hope this doesn't mean he'll have to drop down a level next season if he goes out on loan again.

To be honest I just hope Poch has seen his obvious ability and will give him another preseason and some chances in the cups. If Milos performs well agan much like Mason last time he may not think he needs a loan and will just ease him in.

Wow, tough moment for Milos. Shoulder surgery is difficult for him, but hope for a quick recovery and limited lingering issues for the remainder of his career!

Very very bad luck for the lad.

Between the 2 loans only a handful of games, so a write off of a season (like that Harry Kane had at Norwich and Leicester). Hope - as @IGSpurs hasa said - that Poch uses him in pre-season and is impressed enough for him to stay as part of tyhe core squad next season with some of the deadwood (who blocked his progress this season) moved on

Tough luck for him. Sounds like he might have played quite a bit.

To be honest, if he's going to hurt something to the extent it requires surgery, I'm happy it's his shoulder.

That Boro loan is annoying me all the more now.

Perhaps but then QPR may want him as well especially since they have been shocking at back at the moment
Wondered why you said QPR but ye with Ramsay there it is also a possibility. Don't know who else they could take tbh. I don't know how involved they would have been with the current lot. Carroll could also get bought by one

What's the deal with Veljkovic? Is he available for us now that we need a DM?
Providing Poch doesn't decide to loan him out to a Championship side (loan TW opens shortly.

If Poch wants to keep Dier as a DM then it makes sense for him to have an alternate to play mainly EL/cup matches as Dier can't play all the almost 60 matches we will play this season if we replicate last season.

Personally prefer Milos as a CB, but he can cover both

Cheers, I hope the lack of DM opens the way for him in either position because I'm not sure when else he'll get a better chance to be part of the first team.

Pity we couldn't sell fazio. Think he will be loaned. We have way too msny players able to play in midfield for him to get much of a chance. Although if poch does the right thing and leaves players at home for the europa games he could get on the bench.
