The holiday might be true and other arrangements been made to get things done, it does happen, who knows!? Someone mentioned Goal might have a good source.

Maybe we'll have all our business done by Monday! (lol!)

What's wrong with him being the main target? That doesn't preclude other strikers as being targets, it just means that we have identified this guy as the one to really push for (correctly in my opinion).

I think the United thing is a load of bull. Rooney? Chicharito? Berbatov? Owen? Macheda? Nani? Valencia? Young?

United have 8 players there competing for 3 positions, perhaps 4 positions on rare occasions. In a year when Berbatov and Owen come to the end of their contracts, a move for Vucinic might make sense, but not at this moment in time.

I think he'll be a Spur.

Absolutely agree with you here.

Also let's just point out goal do have a very good source within the club.

Goal.com is reliable when it comes to Spurs normally. And Levy can work from his holiday.... if CR9 declares his undying love for Spurs Levy wouldn't say no just because he was on holiday...

I'm glad to hear that he is our main target now, it shows intent and not vaselating between different options for too long were we could lose out on all our targets.

Agreed, I just want this done so our most required position for a new signing will be filled and I'll feel I can breath a sigh of relief to be honest.

15 million is a good fee as well, think this is potentially brillant business if we pull it off.

Personally I think this guy is good enough that if we spent 30 million on him we would still look back at it as a bargain

The journalist who wrote it has just said on twitter its very reliable and well sourced, but I guess he would. Here's hoping

I still think it's a gamble, given his form over the last season or so (although there are arguably non-football factors there at play), but give the time we've got left and our options, probably a gamble worth taking for that sort of price.

And for football reasons such as he was played out wide and basically on the wing.

I think most people saw Rooney's return when they shoved him out on the wing.

It definitely is Lenny, I have a feeling that he'll link up with VDV brillantly.

Worth a punt at 15mil, Andy Carroll at 35mil, now THAT's a gamble!
