I actually agreed with Redknapp junior and Souness (? lol), we have got far to many players going through the motions.
That may be why Bentaleb, Mason, Townsend and Kane all look like bloody world beaters in comparison.
They play for the shirt and will fight kick bollock and bite to make sure we win.
Id take a less able player giving a 100% over a supposed super star giving 40% any day.
Kane has to start.
I think struggling yesterday and winning like we did has done more for team bonding and moral than a 3 nil drubbing would have done.
