It's finally over.... *Lights cigar and pours a Scotch*
Cavani and Higuain are two names that spring to mind.Diego Costa?
Aguero?
I can't think of anyone that is both on their level, and available to Man United.
Arsenal have the same issue really. Giroud is 2nd rung.
Is Benteke not? Certainly has the potential to be.
Edit: I can see for the above your classifying world class as the top tier of players rather than players who perform well at a world level.

If you mean international then I don't class that as world class. It's far from it. If you are talking about having a good record of a goal every 2, without ever having the demands of 2 games a week, then I still don't.
Benteke is proven as a very good player. To win the premier league next season, is going to take something else. He has to play more games, so also has to avoid injury, which he has been prone to.
RooneyIt makes me sad that United are able to play fantasy football.

Now do the back 4...
Mata and Carrick would still make the lineup if I had a say. Certainly got options though!
Fellaini and Young played big parts last season, as well. Crazy. On that note, I'd take Ashley Young. We need wingers and can you imagine Kane with his delivery?
Januzaj's development is going to go to shit.
