But in my humble opinion it should be.
A foul imo should be an attempt to win the ball but accidentally impeding an opponent, injuring him or dangerous play.
It shouldnt be blatant cheating and thats what it is.
They call it a cynical challenge as if that somehow makes it more acceptable but its cheating.
I'd like to see that kind of challenge treated far more seriously than it is.
