Christ, Stoke have just given up
Literally rested their five most important players apart from Butland and forfeit the match. I liked Football 365's analogy that instead of parking the bus, Hughes threw the fringe players and youngsters under it.

So Salah runs the ball out of play but gets given the throw anyway, takes it about 10 yards further up the pitch and scores...

Kyle Naughton about 5 yards behind the rest of his defence but not actually tracking Richarlison...

Sparky trying to help one of his old clubs? Even if Stoke had played this one on the level, they probably would have lost anyway, but Chelscum don't need such a helping hand. This seems very suspicious (I say this without having seen MOTD). Sounds worthy of a stewards' inquiry, although we all know that isn't going to happen.

A case could be made for a bit of skullduggery going on but as you say nothing will be done.

And almost 2 years since a lot of Tottenham fans were gutted that we didn't sign him in January 2016.

He's the complete opposite of the one that got away

This ...

Yes, Bullet dodged.

To be fair the Berahino we wanted to sign is not the Berahino that's (sporadically) playing now. He's a shadow of the player he was having been used as a pawn by Peace and Pulis, both of whom only had their own interests in mind.

He had his heart set on joining a team on the up who are now handing out thrashings to Real Madrid and Dortmund in the Champions League while he's third choice striker at the worst Stoke team in years. His only saving grace is that he's not at West Brom anymore.
