Does Wrighty really think that we could have signed Mahrez when he's been pushing for a move to Man City for a year?

He always does, which is why I would have played Amos & told him to get in & around the boy & stop him getting his head up.

Perhaps. But introducing a prospect like Amos is a risky business at this stage. Confidence/ results etc. Only need a 1 average performance and people will knock him.

Shelvey would be a decent acquisition imo.

Shelvey wouldn't be good for team spirit, it's the reason why he wasn't taken to the World Cup. Apparently rubs people up the wrong way and has alleged to have said a few controversial comments.

Didn't even mention the goal of the game by Trippier, but showed ALL Fulham misses, fucking amateurs.

That did surprise me. Don't think there is any agenda there but it was very odd. Did they even show the Moura one? Two of the best goals you'll see this weekend.

I saw him in a pre-match interview thing yesterday.

He's not the brightest fellah bless him and he does come across as blurting out stuff which combined with the rashness that surfaces in his game gives me cause to think 'not a good buy'

Jota's first name is DiOgo. You'd think if the main part of your job was saying people's names, you'd bloody do it properly!

Hughes at it again. Don't think he can go through an interview without blaming the ref.

Thanks for the heads up - Been on a BC style lag, I thought it was 9.45 not 10.45 - been a long day[/QUOTE

Took the Mrs and daughter plus friend to a charity masquerade ball earlier and have to pick them up at 2 am.
Hence the confusion.

That ball was out for the 2nd.

3rd = beautiful.
