Legally we can't. Only a foreign club canI still think this has a decent chance of happening. Surely we'll come to some agreement whether it means us giving them more money to take him now or just settling for a loan back.
If we can't sign him now could we not just sign him on a pre-contract? I'm not too clear on the rules
He isn't ITK though is he?
Reported in the Sun.Report: Tottenham plotting late bid for Moussa Dembele, Onomah loan exchange consideredconsidered
Tottenham could offer Joshua Onomah on loan to Fulham in a bid to land Moussa Dembele.

Loan them a regular first team player, not likely.

With Bentelab back, Mason to follow, we are fairly well-stocked for midfielders. Can't see why Fulham would take one in place of a striker, though.
Can you be finished if you never started?Fucking hell

Told any hopes of #Spurs restoring deal for Dembele "probably" dead, and that they are "probably" finished this window. Never say never tho
There's something I can't quite understand.
If we are willing to finish the window without signing a striker, why don't we still sign Dembele and loan him to Fulham like they want?
It makes no sense

But there will likely be more competition for him in Summer. If we pay the 5 now he's ours. If we don't then his head may be turned elsewhere. Why pay 5M now when he can be had for less in the summer?
Exactly what I said in the ITK thread, it's really baffling. There's something I can't quite understand.
