why are we demanding a loan fee? if they are willing to cover 100% of his wages then just agree to that imo.

if he plays the whole season and makes the french WC team then it should be easier to sell him.

Because we still owe Ashley 6 million a season.

I'd say it's more a gathering from other sources and a tweeting of it. I don't think it's new news.

Valencia are still apparently confident we'll let Sissoko leave today

No point shedding players now.

Unless Poch feels really good about GKN which he only seems to rate slightly higher than he did njie

I might be in the minority here, I would like Sissoko to stay his a decent player who in big games I see doing extremely well, we need experience and options, playing in these upcoming competitions.

Fine by me... but without Barkley signing and having let Onomah go out on loan that will leave us pretty short of cover. Fingers crossed he goes and we get no injuries in the middle

You'd think we need him for numbers. But Id rather play TOB if we need a CM and Marcus Edwards if an AM. Should have enough cover for his out of position FB rolle too

Most disappointing aspect of the window is that he's still with us.

Only positive is that surely he can't get any worse

My heart tells me that Sissoko has some part to play yet, for good or ill, before this is over.

As much as I'd like to see him leave, we can't let him go right now. Another injury to the attacking mids and we're fucked.

I don't mind keeping him. Has shown a bit of improvement already this season and we, of all people, should know what a handful he can be on his day. Has a good attitude as well in wanting to stay and fight for his place. Would obviously sell if the price was right though.

It must be hard knowing hes not first choice, he needs to accept that and push for a spot every chance he gets

I am okay with his effort on pitch. But I don't mind let him go if it means Nkoudou or even TOB, edwards can get more chances

Although he has yet to endear himself to Spurs fans, he might come good this year a là Son or Lamela.

However, even with promoting youth into the side we'll still have a need for him in the CL and EPL this year. If we had gotten in Gomes/Barclay then he would be more easily released, but not now.
