From what I saw on the tv he looked good, and see no reason why he shouldn't be played again in the next couple of games....actually met O'Hara's uncle in Magaluf last June and got talking about him and he said that Jamie was desperate to get out there and show what he can do cos he really thinks hes got what it takes and I think that showed after a good debut

Looks like a bit of a mean bastard. Good job.

With him and KPB, we might finally have a bit of fire in midfield to go with the finesse.

Juande Ramos was impressed with Jamie O'Hara's cameo role at Portsmouth as the young midfielder made an impact on his debut at Fratton Park.
Recently back from a loan spell at Millwall, Jamie, 21, entered the fray for Kevin-Prince Boateng with 13 minutes remaining and the match finely balanced at 0-0.
It took less than a minute for his first contribution, a cross-field pass into the path of Jermain Defoe, who controlled and lifted a tricky chance over David James but over the bar.
Then, two minutes later, Jamie's most telling contribution as he led a counter-attack from the left and carried the ball some distance before picking out Aaron Lennon on the right, Aaron's cross turned home for the winner by Dimitar Berbatov.
"It was his debut and he had 15 very good minutes," said Head Coach Juande. "He understood perfectly what I asked of him when he came on.
"He played very well and I'm very happy with him."

I have never said that Lennon are slow.

What I said, was that I think the Jenas or Huddlestone slow down the play, with the way they are playing. A player like Jenes is not actually a slow player, but the way he passes and play his game does not always get the pace out of him. He is quite pacy, but he don't use it that much as he should do. Sometimes it seems like he gets tired, and do not want to run so much. (He also have some matches where he really gets his pace up, though).

Sorry, what? :-|

Still, they say in Spain that Xavi hasn't given the ball away in his career, so I'll temper my enthusiasm for now!

bit of an over statement but Xavi is pretty mad with the pass success, 90+ percent completion average in games. Iniesta also very good with passing.

Finally got round to downloading the game last night and saw his cameo. Impressive indeed, and the commentators liked him too. Paul Walsh said "he's not wasted a single ball" and he was right.

I have to ask where did you download the game from?

As for the Slow midfielders I know exactly what is meant by that Jenas as an example is the slowest faster player ever, last season he made cole (Spurs Chelski) look positively immobile however when he gets the ball he rarely moves the play positively and quick, his most positive moves are excellent lone man runs - no cutting passes - perhaps wendy will sort him out - he is certainly the finest athlete that needs to become a footballer in the prem
