As I said on COYS he is playing the best tennis I have ever seen him play. I really hope he can go on and win the match and the tournament.

1st set was as good as it can get, Murray actually made Nadal look ordinary which is amazing considering Nadal can genuinely become one of the all time greats.

I hope the rain break wont effect Murray too much he played some amazing tennis in those first two sets. But i guess its also down to whether Nadal can sort his head out and step it up.

Great result and a great performance from Andy.

Considering how negative people were during Wimbledon (you only have to see the number of people who wanted him to lose in the thread on here) is he starting to win people over?

It's probably the most amazing 4 sets of tennis I have ever seen. Many people are going to see the result in tomorrow's papers, and say "I see Murray got lucky", or "Nadal can't have been on form", but they'll be in for a rude awakening if he wins tomorrow. Hopefully people will understand this was no fluke when the World Number 4 contniues to pick up results like this on a consistant basis.

C'mon Murray. I don't care who you do it for; Scotland, your Mum, your super fit girlfriend, but go out and stuff Federer tomorrow.

Probably because we haven't been subjected to two weeks of British hype this time.

I think as Greg Rusedski pointed out, you can't claim it's lucky or because Nadal was tired, maybe yesterday we could have said that Nadal's season was catching up with him or that he was off-form, but today Nadal played some of his best tennis and Murray was equal to it, it hardly looked like he could miss! Well, except on break points. But he didn't let that affect him and came through. Definitely the best match he's played and if he takes that form into the final I reckon he could win it!

I like Murray, I wanted him to do well at Wimbledon as well.
To be honest, I didn't think he would win, so chuffed that he did, now I'd love to see him beat Federer, who he does have a better record against.
