Although the 19-year-old has admitted a liking to the English style of play in the past, he has no intention of leaving Marseille just yet.

The teenager has over two years remaining on his l'OM deal and is focused on helping the side bag a place in next year's UEFA Champions League.

Asked whether he could leave Stade Velodrome, the reported Spurs and Manchester City target told But: "That is a rumour.

"I am under contract until 2009 and my only aim is to qualify for the Champions League. What people are saying is rubbish."

Nasri is hoping Marseille can maintain the form they showed at the start of the Ligue 1 season and that he can be more clinical in front of goal.

"I hope we will start the New Year like we started the season," he continued. "I want to be more clinical. I don't care if I score beautiful or ugly goals as long as the ball hits the back of the net."
