It would be fantastic if the NBA brought in a draft to redistribute the players evenly across all franchises, similar to the fantasy draft in 2k seasons. Would never happen, but it's what league needs.

LeBron paved the way for super teams so it's only fitting he is now swept by the ultimate one... live by the superteam die by the superteam.

He's coming to PHX.
Probably, Ainge will keep stocking up on draft choices in hopes that one day he can trade him for a young emerging superstar....only to not trade for him because there may be another one available down the line who he can choose to not trade for....

Instead we will draft yet another small forward or pseudo-guard to go along with all of our other small forward / guards....:banghead:

Apparently Phil Jackson asked Ainge for the #3 pick, Jaylen Brown, Jae Crowder and the Nets pick next year. Ainge (rightfully) has said that they will wait until Jackson comes "back to earth" before trying again.

If we are waiting for Jackson to "come back to earth" then i guess we are out of the running for KP.

But we will have "assets" until the end of time, so I can look forward to this exact scenario every season for the rest of my life....

Thibs got revenge on the Bulls but the latter are so stupid giving up Jimmy Butler for so little and giving back a pick.

Looks like Chris Paul will go down as another great who never wins a ring, stupid move for him.

The only team he could have given a real chance of contending was SPURS.

Morey is a genius, I've never heard of some of these players.

Cash considerations FTW?

Harden-CP3 won't work. They won't win any more games than they did last season or advance any farther in the play offs.
I would prefer CP3 going to New Orleans and trying that experiment but there are quite a few ex players who think this will work and I think it will

They just need one more piece

I think Hayward stays in Utah or goes to Miami.

Boston isn't a good fit with Isaiah, Dragic is more willing to give up the ball.

Harden had an amazing season last year as their point guard and now they are bringing in one of the best point guards in the league to take him off the ball?? They need more around Harden as a point guard, not to take him off the point. They have no upper level wing talent. Paul George would have been best for the Rockets, not Chris Paul.

Woj, Aldridge and Amick all reporting that Hayward will be signing with the Celtics.

Still need to track down another big, but IT, Hayward, Horford, Bradley (with Brown, Tatum, Smart off the bench) vs LeBron, Kyrie and Love means we are still at best 2nd in the East.

Really like what the Sixers have done now. It's taken forever being perpetual losers, but Fultz, Embiid, Covington, Saric, Redick (whom I hate with a passion, but still productive at 33 o_O:eek:), and Simmons is really interesting.

Also really like the Bulls 2.0 in Minnesota. Butler, KAT, Wiggins, Teague - (Dieng, Taj Gibson, Tyus Jones off the bench)...that will be interesting to watch as well.

Dumbest franchise in sports strikes again. I hate this team with the white hot heat of ten thousand suns. This team makes me drink.
