I think the difference with us is that it all somehow seems more organic for want of a better word. Poch had a season to assess and then he weeded out the misfits and the big egos. He's brought in players with a sharp eye on their mentality and knitted together a small, tight knit squad with a great team spirit and attitude. He has a clear picture of what he wants on the pitch and how to achieve and I think this is only the beginning.
Exciting times indeed. I honestly don't think Poch will leave any time soon. He seems to genuinely love the club and loves the players he has. It's HIS team. He knows he's working with a big club, and he'll want to create a team to rival the dominance of the United era.
