Could be a lot worse. The issue is, and has always been, the red AIA does stick out like a sore thumb on some of these designs.

The blue gradient will look abit odd with the white shorts, though.

It will still look weird, but it may look less weird with a reverse gradient on the euro shorts (blue at the top fading to white)

Why do people keep saying it will look weird with white shorts when it will clearly look ten time weirder with blue shorts? All the players will look like they've pulled their shorts up to over their belly buttons.

I cant wait, because stupid is better than good.

Spurs' colour scheme is really simple by tradition, and so should our kits be, in my opinion.

Seems manufactures consistently over think the design, the odd few shirts aside, trying too hard to add unesscessary styling and be different.

Around this time, most years, I find myself asking "How hard can it be"?

They need to make them different enough to ensure people keep buying them.

Quickly mocked up what it would look like without the gradient. It’s really nice and right up my street, being a fan of simplicity.

Some have said it will be too close to this seasons without the grad, personally I don’t think so and would look great with navy shorts and socks.

Well done! I'm a fan of this style too. Hoping we ditch the gradient, after all, last season everyone expected us to have that giant cockerel on the front.

I swear some fans just want the same plain white T-Shirt every season.

You mean Spurs fans believe that the Spurs team should wear a Spurs shirt?

Funnily enough, yes a great number of us do think that.

Our home shirt is white

A white tshirt, a bit like Liverpool wear a red tshirt, or Man City wear a light blue tshirt and Real Madrid they also wear a white tshirt

Madrid's new shirt for next season is really smart. Imagine that with navy blue! (y)

That would be perfect tbh

Tough to sell new versions every season, if they are all the same...
Done the work for me there.
True. You can't really argue against that, I just haven't absalutely loved a kit for long time.

Wrong

Real Madrid had purple all over their home kits through chunks of the 90's and 00's

I love this thread every year, although the 18-19 kit probably needs it's own thread now, however the content can be the same as last year with new pictures and links.

We all hate the leaks, there are some leaks that are bloody awful but it's often obvious which is the actual kit, which in turn we all hate. But come the start of the season most of us will still want a plain white shirt, navy AIA and the crest. Whatever gets released it will still sell and by the time the end of next season comes round we'll be used to it.

Love it :) (the thread, I hate the kit at the moment but will still buy it...)

Ps, it is actually pretty fecking lame Nike kits all over the world have been released/revealed now and ours hasn't.

The suspense isn't killing me, it isn't making me want it more when it does come out, it's just narking me that our PR department think this is still the way to go, with the silly countdown and big reveal. They must know it, or something like it has been seen extensively.
