The prices are mental, even Sports direct £10 cheaper is still a massive rip off.. How has a football shirt become £50+ even for a kids one it5s £40+.... its shambolic. i dont care if 'everyone else' is the same price its not on.

They do sell the whole kit, shirt, socks and shorts for kids aged 2-8 for £45
That ain't too bad is it?
Over 8 and, IMO, you need to sit them down and tell them shorts and socks are pathetic, man up, here's a £50 shirt only cupcake.

Love the home shirt, apparently the "photocopier is running out of toner" look is in this season.

The away kit, however, is a complete hate crime. That shirt with those shorts. As a gay man I shouldn't have to look at that.

Spent on £167 on two away kits this morning with names on the back for my lads and I love it..probably too much.

However It's very hard now when you have to spend most your time persuading your 8 year old son to have the new spurs kit first and a sodding Juventus Ronaldo kit for his birthday in Sept.

Tell him he can have a roof over his head and a hot dinner OR a Ronaldo/Juve shirt.

A quick copy and paste job of what the 'European' kit will look like. Think that confirms the blue fade simply doesn't work and the white shorts were probably an after thought after someone at the club reminded Nike we have traditions to uphold.

Unless...we go full Man Utd and are releasing a European home shirt too....

It doesnt look that bad to be honest. Better then I was expecting.

If twice the number of people buy the shirt they can half the price. It's math innit.
Not sure it works that way.
If it was around for 3-5 years, then eventually it would get cheaper as the income pays for the production costs and the manufacturer ends up in profit.
With such a short life cycle that won't happen.

Although I guess the cost of production with these is pittance, the cost recouping is against the upfront cash Nike gave us.
There's a lot of things that can happen with less/more sales.

I would say less sales would result in Nike losing interest in paying us enormous amounts of money and us finding another kit maker tbh.

Normally if something isn't selling well, the price drops though as no one wants loads of stock sat around doing nothing, especially near the end of its life.

It looks wrong as the bottom of the t-shirt as at the top of the shorts.
If a player tucks it in, there will hardly be any blue.
If he leaves it out, then you can halve the visible white on the shorts.

Unless they wear the shorts like a rude boi, hanging under their arse.
