Just out of interest why does the AIA logo have to be red when its not red on the away or 3rd kits?
I've replied on this before. Companies, particularly larger ones always have brand rules, in terms of how/where their brand can be used, the specific colour palate and other things like spacing in relation to other logos and marks.

Most brands have a coloured logo/name which is the standard for use on white/pale backgrounds and then a variant which is usually predominantly white for use on dark/coloured backgrounds. As the sponsor is paying the contract will ordinarily be dictated by the sponsor to ensure that their brand identity is protected. As we have a white shirt that inevitably means that we end up with their standard colour logo, whatever that may be. Teams with other coloured shirts then often end up with the white version, although on occasion you get a full colour logo with a white border.

It's just one of those things you have to accept, if you're going to ask someone to pay you money for their name to be on your shirt, they are going to want a pretty big say in how that is going to appear!

Like others have said, I’ve no problem with the red, it’s just an ugly logo and looks very cheap. They need a better graphic designer or whatever.

I dont think its ugly per se - its just quite large lettering and is red but I understanding the branding and having to have it on our shirts.

I mean it could be worse - have you not seen Manures for example.

I remember a time when I was maybe five or six and I hadn’t started following football properly, I walked into our front room and my brother was watching a Spurs game and I asked him, ‘do you want Holsten to win?’

I thought the name on the shirt was the name of the team!

you was bloody good reader for a 5-6 year old, I'm still having English lessons at the age of 55. words like your, when I should put you're, and 1 of my worse of late is "know one", instead of "no one"

And before social media, no one but an English teacher would have bothered pulling you up for it, but now everyone has autocorrect on their phone they all of a sudden think they can teach English grammar to randoms on the internet!

My brother-in-law has a Master's in English Language and he absolutely hates it when I get pulled on spelling or grammatical errors. It was easily my weakest subject at school. There does seem to be a few out there that really like to correct people on this but thankfully our website seems to be immune from this. Thank God ❤️

Yeah I think it's a cheap dig when someone you're arguing with makes a grammatical mistake, to point that out in a "Gotcha" moment, like you win the argument because you can spell and have superior grammar? No.
I was pulled up on here for typing "Alot" instead of "A Lot"... I still type it the former, because I don't really care.

Anyway, new kit... Who thinks it'll be white with Navy trim?

Its a very very cheap shot Buddy but it says more about the person pulling you for it.

I really really want another green shirt this year but I'm not hopeful and the one from last year has Christian Eriksen's name on the back. He actually drove past me on the way out of Wembley last August after the Fulham game and he refused to sign my match programme but a couple of minutes before Dele comes out and is nothing but a gentleman and signs it no bother.

I'm guessing our third will look very similar to this, with an altered pattern and light shade of blue.
