Head of Performance Analysis since last month leading a team of Performance Analysts supporting 1st team, u21's and Academy teams. Previously with Brighton and before that Milton Keynes.

Looks like we've hired the senior performance analysts (or equivalent) from Southampton (Mitchell), Leicester (MacKenzie), Brighton (Metcalf), Bournemouth (Webb) plus scout from Malaga (Esparraga) in the past 4 months.

That suggests a major shift in strategy to analysing players and scouting rather than watching MoTD and a selection of european matches on other TV channels.
