Pretty sure its not QOTSA. Sounds more like The Offspring to me. Superb ad though.

Just googled a part of the lyrics, it's Eagles of Death Metal, Josh Homme's other band where he's the drummer and only does backup vocals. I even have the album it's on (no wonder I'd heard it before!), but only bought it a couple of weeks ago and listened through it once. It is a class tune.
