I just went on to the new site, and, as usual, spent half the morning looking for a login page for when I can buy a ticket for Fulham, not in my usual seat at Wembley.

They then flashed up a survey to ask what I think of it.

Anyone else completed it?
What kind of feedback are you giving?

I think it's dismal personally. I'm all for change for the best, but this is a step backwards. It;s just a load of pictures with various very well hidden sub menu's
Really not user friendly, intuitive or even very nice to look at.

Much better on mobile than desktop, clearly been designed with mobile responsiveness (idk if that’s a word but I don’t care) in mind.

The old one was worse than it is now.

Yeah I just went on it with my phone ( never use a laptop/computer anymore ) and it’s pretty easy to use.

It's an abomination as to be expected. Ticket site even fucking worse and went to buy Fulham and have 32 seats in the basket.

I think bookmarking the eticketing part of the site instead of the home page will save a lot of faffing about trying to navigate through it. (was writing this when you posted @Hengy1 )

On the old site - click tickets>buy tickets > select fixture
Now clicking tickets takes you to yet another picture heavy word free page with loads of stuff about memberships, premium seats, friendlies in the US, but nothing about the match we want - Fulham at Wembley.
You have to click "ticketing account" to get your profile and login to pop up.
If you just wanted to login and check your loyalty points, that's a ballache - on the old site, that function was on the home page - one click login if google saves your credentials.
