It’s all guesswork from anyone pretending to know what’s going on then, until we hear the week of 7 January. Then it sounds like we can apply for the safety certificate if everything is going to plan. So it could still be by February if the test events are put in and everything is signed off by the contractors.

Let's hope the Times report from earlier this week was accurate. It said we were in a position to hold the test events and were trying for the 30th and the 6th (as ITK had previously stated) but that the police were not willing due to the holidays.

If that's true then we should be able to hold the test events in early January and move in for the FA Cup tie, Watford, or Newcastle.
