I'm sure i read it somewhere, it would make sense as that's how it used to be with only a few going on sale on the Monday
Some may say its a bit of a con to get people to upgrade to the higher membership, but who am i to say!

I do recall I forgot to get tickets for the dortmund game on the first day they were on sale and the remaining seats were shit, went back on next day and there was loads of new seats, so I do think there's something to what you're saying.

I've always been a Bronze member, and Mondays were a bit of pot luck for the big games, unless you got pretty much straight on the tickets were gone, at least on the Tuesday you had more chance

Now this is the kind of hard information about borrowing and revenue that we need, not rampant speculation and bald statements about how we won't be able to buy any players for a decade. I don't know how much of this is from the public domain, how much is inside info and how much is speculation, but it reads well and it's consistent and un-spun.

My only major criticism of the article is that it ignores the impact of Phase 3 of the development: the housing and the hotel. The direction and magnitude of that impact is unknown at present, as it depends largely on where the housing market goes in the next few years, as well as on how the club decides to procure the residential development. Still, they should at least have touched upon it.

Same here. I started out trying to pick specific seats but was getting messages saying they couldn't allocate them( even though they were shown as available) so I panicked a bit and asked the system to select for me and it was clear that the whole lot had gone. I then noticed that I seemed to have 1 ticket from my initial selection so thought I had better get that one and when I went to do so, I found that the system had actually given me the second one after all. As others have said, I don't think many were available today somehow.

I thought there was only around 1000 made available to one hotspur plus members today, with around another 6000 available to all members tomorrow. Even at the old stadium the Monday tickets were hard to get for big games

Beware trying to log on too early, I went in with one browser not long after 9am and found the donut already there, I then waited until 9.30 and tried logging in with another computer and got the donut, the first browser never gained access to the ticketing account, second browser started at 9.30 got through at 10.10 plenty of blue dots but when trying to buy not available eventually found something .

Without a doubt an investment that secures our place within the football elite

However this is not the same as suddenly getting oil money. From that article it suggests about 7-8m per year additional income available for spending after mortgage payments. Add in naming rights...probably around 20m per year....let’s be generous and round up. That is an extra 30m per year for the football team.

Helps us keep up on wages. Doesn’t mean we will be able to offer any crazy transfer fees.
