Matchday vlog thing from Villa fans, with views of stadium from away perspective. Several complimentary comments about the place. Villa fans come across well here. Good vid.

Interesting seeing the internal shots of the away end. Looks like away visitors will enjoy coming to the ground and it could get very messy in there.

Only watched bits and pieces of it as I can’t stand these vloggers. Maybe it’s just the london clubs and big clubs have utter bellends doing them and the Villa lad is more reflective of them at other clubs.

That’s fair enough I’d say. But it should reflect in the price of season tickets.

I agree, but then I have an issue with tickets being too expensive full stop.

Unfortunately maximising ticket revenue to help pay agents, wages, and ridiculous transfer fees is the price for challenging in the modern game and it's what Levy does best.

I can’t imagine that increasing prices to a demanding market is too much of hardship. Every little addition he makes to the finances is a little more out of my pocket. With the revenue generated elsewhere these days I don’t think that avoiding the small increases or removals of benefits to season ticket holders hurts him more than than it would take the pressure off us.

Good video - they were living the dream for a bit, and actually started talking of winning the league. Afterwards they'll be wondering if they'll stay up, but it is not games against the top 6 that will determine their fate.

Quick question, im a one hotspur plus member so see 4 or 5 home games a season, whats the deal with the tickets now? Ive got my card from wembley but i assume that dosent work at the new ground. Do they send a new one to you when you buy tickets at the new stadium? Thanks in advance

Well “still works”, loads of people’s didn’t at Villa and they had to then go queue at ticket office.

Have you got the navy blue card like the one below or the white one with the Wembley arch? The white one will not work and should be thrown away.

Mine didn't but I then showed the one on my app and they let me through. No issues with the cards at the turnstiles however. The queue at the TO was horrendous, surely they need to fix this glitch with the cards.

I don't think anyone here is seriously making light of it. Just report it to the club, throwing coins is stupid, but can lead to decent joke material.

If you look on the online Stadium guide (it may even be on the app) there's a number to text* (see the bottom of the post) for this sort of stuff, text it with your seat and block number and it goes straight to the steward control room thing and should be felt with swiftly, same goes for signs of smoking in the bogs/stadium etc.

Also If you don't get anywhere with a steward in a hi-viz speak to one of the ones in the Spurs suits (they apparently directly employed by the club and know much more about the runnings of the stadium and any issues)

While I'm here those that get frustrated by beer waiting times** at half-time for example; email the club (there was an email addy of the stadium general manager I was going to suggest emailing that and CC in the trust as there's someone on the trust IIRC who's supposedly regularly communicating on food & drink issues) together with your seat number, if fans do that regularly then things will get changed but if everyone decides that's to much of a hassle and that sounding off on social media/forums instead then don't be surprised that things don't change.

You're paying a premium to be at their world class venue, DL appears to genuinely want to offer match day goers a food & beverage experience so if there's issues he'll want them righted; ** I 'd guess the beer waiting times will speed up when the pre-order/pay by app thing comes online, at the moment they can't pre-pour a batch as there's no customer or payment to attach the order too (plus you just know if they did that to please most folk there'd be a number of dissenters that their pint's warm or flat (which would lead to wastage and losses meaning the cost of your pint would probably rise to compensate.

DO you still get loyalty points if you dont go through turnstiles? Because of the ticket issue my ticket was scanned at the bottom of the steps and me and a few others got taken round the back of the stadium (skipping turnstiles) by a steward. I just checked my account and the loyalty point hasnt been added yet
Attendance points don’t exist anymore, they were for Wembley only.
