Found this bit particularly encouraging:

Tottenham are also poised to announce additional plans for their new £400 million stadium, including their preference to play home games at Wembley rather than Milton Keynes during the construction phase and a capacity of 61,000 rather than 56,000.

Hope that's true.

No way will this be announced at 12 if the NFL get to release this before hand. I'd expect it to be mid afternoon at the earliest

I would assume that he means the announcement will be made at Midday New York time, so it won't be until around 6pm ish tonight for us.

We want temporary stay at wembley (as does Chelsea).
New stadium to be suitable for other sports (NFL) w/ retractable pitch
We are close to agreeing deal to have some nfl games at our new stadium.
Interest from UK and US over naming rights including Zuckerberg
No deal for a franchise (yet) but our stadium will we better suited to host games than wembley making us an attractive option. Wembley still interested so possible the franchise has 2 stadiums. Up in the air still.
