I won't be surprised if club/Levy leaked this email to standard to put the pressure on Government.....
I'd be 99.999% sure of that. Standard practice

The question is what has actually been promised and delivered / not delivered

Lots of butt kicking but when did we stop saying arse?
Anyway, I'm a believer in the everything Levy does has a purpose school of thought, no doubt we'll hear more soon.

One of the interesting things that seems to be overlooked is that the tavistock group are one of the funders for the new stadium. Tavistock owned by joe lewis.

So yes he is partly funding the stadium albeit indirectly.

I was a bit worried about the comments. I wonder if the bank funding is conditional on local authority or government funding?

Think it's more the price of the flats we are building. They've been told the value will go up due to the regeneration of the area and are asking when.

I am certain its a much ado about nothing. Its Levy we are talking about here. He is certainly surrounded with the best lawyers, where every I is dotted and T crossed with regard to all contracts. Any breach he is going to come out smelling of roses. This the man who screwed the Brady bunch when they tried to get one over him with regard to the olympic stadium. Don't mess with the Levite!

do they have the money? Not sure yet. $700m in revenues last year so they could feasibly. More likely they just become a primary drinks partner though. So plenty of energy drinks on offer in the various bars.

Are the sugary shite drinks companies looking to get into football then, doesn't seem an extreme enough sport for them TBH (i'm aware Red Bull sponsor their local team) now i'm racking my box trying to recall which football team signed a chunky deal with Gatorade not too long ago.

Personally other than the scantily clad females i hope we have nothing to do with the diabetes in a tin brigades but that's just me and i'm aware we need sponsors to pay the leccy bill each month.

I wonder if there will be a dress rehearsal in 2018 before the start of the EPL season, where we will be able to play most of our pre-season games in our New stadium

It's something i feel we would massively benefit from doing so, whether it'd be possible is another question altogether :bag:
