Is this not about the Love lane estate then?The council want a judicial review of the decision to block the HDV, and have been allowed to begin one. It’s all to do with procedure at this point, can a council own land and make profit? Because their rules generally prohibit this. However, as we see all over the UK, the councils are pretty keen to make money having been starved by cuts for a decade so it’s interesting on some levels...
I have to say though the HDV has zero to do with the stadium. The NDP is the square and station, this is the nearby flats on Northumberland Park and a total arse about face situation at the local council.
