I'll be absolutely staggered if this is finished before the start of next season. There's still a huge amount left to do!
I've been following the build thread on SSC very closely, which is a great read when they aren't moaning about ticket prices. ✊??
Hopefully they'll pull it out of the bag. I should imagine there's a bit of leeway/safety built into the schedule.
Still, considering WHL was still a thing this time last year, the progress has been pretty ridiculous really.
Apparently it's possible to play some games at Wembley at the start of the season. I don't think it's actually in the rules as being prohibited unless an advantage is gained by moving to a different stadium. These are pretty mitigating circumstances, and I believe it basically gets put to a panel of managers within the league who can vote to either agree or oppose it.
There's no real reason to oppose it unless they're feeling particularly ****y, as we'll be gaining no advantage considering our Wembley form.
Certainly some interesting times on the way! Can't wait to see the newest/best stadium in the league in all of its glory glory!

I believe we've already arranged to play our first few games of next season away next season. Just as liverpool and west ham did.

Yeah, man. They're the size of tennis courts, if not bigger. Can't remember the exact dimensions. ??
Much bigger. Look how many times you can fit that guy in the height and imagine lying down along alongside a tennis net between the sidelines. I would say it's 1.5 - 2 times bigger than a tennis court

Yeah but what's the point unless they play ultra hi-def slo-mo replays on it?

So which of the top 6 do you think we'll be playing in our first game at NWHL?
Guarantee it wont be someone shit so we can easily get off to a good start.
SKY will want a showcase.
My money is on Man U.

If some fecker stands up in front of me in the top tier of the South, I’ll give them a slap on the head - that’s if I can manage to reach down and hit it of course!

*Edit - I do realise there’s no obvious South pic there.

Can someone tell what the concrete wall, with two big openings in it, as seen from the West Stand camera is for? It just looks unconnected with any other structure.

Another question what is the very large concrete base behind the South Stand for? Is it the foundation slab for the new apartment blocks or just an open air concourse?

I think you mean the Spurs shop for the first and you are correct with the second. Open air concourse although the foundations have been laid for the hotel I think at the southern most end of the site.
