If this goes ahead we can kiss goodbye to an NFL franchise at our ground, if Khan wants to bring his franchise to London and he owns Wembley that's where it'll be.
£900m is peanuts compared to what an NFL franchise in London is worth. An NFL franchise in London is worth billions. What are the FA doing? Don't they know that they aren't just selling the stadium but they are essentially selling the rights to an NFL franchise in London? They could get way more money than what Khan offered them. They'll find that out in a few years when he flips the stadium for double what he paid for it.The card isn't us buying Wembley, is it? https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/43906272
He wants to relocate Jacksonville Jaguars and investing in property, isn't exactly going to hurt him even if he does move them onThose assuming that Khan would move the Jags to London if he purchased Wembley could easily be proven wrong. He's already sunk millions of dollars buying up properties around Jacksonville's stadium for a planned redevelopment similar to what Spurs are doing in London minus the stadium.

Toronto is a non-starter. They hosted some Buffalo Bills games over a two or three season period and couldn't fill the stadium - and Buffalo is driving distance from Toronto so it was within reach for Bills fans.Even getting one over here is going to be a massive headache. The players and coaches wont want to play here. Taxes, travel, time difference etc... i really can't see two. Especially with the likes of la, toronto and mexico city (even mention of tokyo) all wanting a franchise.
we've got nfl for ten years. After that who fucking knows what the situation will be. Lewis will probably be dead, levy sunning himself in florida. We might even have won an fa cup semi final.
Just want the naming rights deal done.

The average NFL franchise value was 1.43 billion pound in 2015. It's more than likely gone up a bit since then. A team in London is going to be worth more than the average. Why do you think a NFL franchise is worth billions ? The average NFL team revenue is about £250m from figures I’ve seen. And not sure if Joshua fight was with roof closed or not. But there have definitely been outdoor fights in this country as late as October.

That’s their value to be sold not their revenue/profit. As said the average revenue is about £250m. So actually puts their worth below the top 6 clubs. As Lewis has said he wants £2bn to sell us.
