They initially said rail seats, but then the interactive map had normal ones and they seem to be what's going in too. Not that I expect anybody will be sitting down there anyway.
Everyone knows you sit down at half time to get a rest...

The terraces are right on top of the pitch, I love it, it’s going to be so intimidating

I also think they look really familiar, the east stand just looks like a new shelf side. It just seems to remind me of the old WHL. I don't know if it is meant to be that way (wouldn't be surprised if it is), but i love it.

Camera was disconnected on 24th, was attached to scaffolding on north stand so assume scaffolding had to be taken down, so far have not relocated camera.
My understanding is that the scaffolding was dismantled so that they could install the LED strip around the North Stand. I don’t know how long the camera will be out of action for. In the meantime my OCD is giving me grief as I was gaining comfort from counting the roof cassettes going in. What am I going to worry about now? I’ll have to wait for the cladding to start again.

I hope we get new aerial shots tomorrow - we need to see those roof cassettes appearing!
As much as I am enjoying the naysayers having to eat humble pie we seem to be into squeaky bum time now with delay rumours.

I posted yesterday that from camera 5 you could see them putting in a platform of some kind under the roof on the east side, I've just realised I'm an idiot, I didn't read the perspective, it's not a platform it's roof cassettes going in working back towards the North stand so even though we can't see it very well they are still going in. Phew!

It definately 'feels' like a sexier WHL

Doesn’t the guy usually do the videos on a Friday. I think they’ll be posted soon.

Anybody know if there's a tv documentary being done about the building of the stadium? It would seem to be a fantastic opportunity to show what can be done in a short time.

There has been mentioned that there is an ongoing filming at all areas including the stadium and the factory where the cassettes are being made, that will all become an approximately 2 hour documentary. This would include all mistakes / problems and how they overcame them. Just like they did for the construction of the European Airbus 380.

Is that a sponsor name spelled out in seats on the upper East?
GitTo? The GitTo Stadium? I could live with that.

Love the new stadium but still sad they didn't go with my ideas. Yes i know that it would have probably cost billions and would have failed every h&s test going but still...

They better have at least one flamethrower.

It truly is going to be absolutely fucking magnificent. I genuinely can't fathom how even the strongest of Levy haters can't at least acknowledge what the man has done for our club.

If I was Daniel Levy, for the first month after the build is completed, I'd be pitched up in a tent on top of the college with pile of coke, a couple of ounces of skunk, and my own private light show being displayed on the outside of the stadium, smugly whispering "I did this" after each toke.
