How do we know they're not both being done at the same time?

They probably are. My point is get the jobs done as quick as you can. Just because the outside tilling doesn't have to be done till the end doesn't mean we should leave it. Get people in get it done.

weird thing is there has been some really minor jobs done that would surely not be as important as other jobs. great seeing the tiling near on complete on the outside, but surely those jobs could of been done right towards the end. I know that there is still a great amount to do from watching the videos and pictures displayed on this thread, but just look at the pictures 2 months ago, and we look to of completed a hell of a lot.

2 months till KO, 4 away games and an international break gives us 3 months to finish and hold 2 test events

Maybe the scaffolding has to come down before the ground can be opened and maybe the tiling has to be done before the scaffolding can come down.......

CL Matchday 1 - 18-19 September
CL Matchday 2 - 2-3 October

How would one of those be to christen the new place, under the lights?

Lot of panelling and glass to be put in the East and South stands still, and they take time to put in, but I do understand the inside is on track.

Going by last season 7 PL games played till end September then 2nd international break takes you to mid October. So if that was the delay would probably be 3 games at Wembley not ideal but not a disaster.

If we think we're on course for October/November, what would make sense would be to at least say we're aiming for mid-September, and hope they let us start with four away games. Then we'd have to move any home matches between mid-September and the eventual opening to Wembley, but we'd be keeping as many as possible at the new ground. That way if we were in after that 2nd international break we would probably for instance have two home games moved to Wembley, and then 17 at NWHL between October and May.

There's no chance of that happening. If the construction was behind there wouldn't be days like today with not much going on on-site.

I have no idea how accurate bens info is he can be hit and miss.
I bet there is a lot going on though inside. Just cause you can't see stuff happening on camera doesn't mean inside is quiet.

If the club know it’s not gonna be ready till Oct/Nov and so we’d likely need to stay at Wembley why would they be rushing through it now, having to pay O/T etc?

I bought a season ticket for a seat in the new stadium not wembley and at that time there was no mention that I might not be able to use my season ticket that I've paid for because we won't be playing some games there.
I remain confident I will see all my games at home in my shiney new seat in our shiney new stadium.
