I don't understand why other clubs in the league would be against a club playing in two stadiums in one season.

This scenario rarely occurs and these clubs won't lose any money.

And it's more likely to be a disadvantage to us than anyone else.

Have to agree as well as having less space to work in, you need a fair bit of clearance room when you are craning big lumps of panels and glass about.

It’s silly things as well.
I would be working up a pair of steps and you go to get some materials and when you come back your steps are gone because there are not enough steps because of the extra workers

It’s not that simple as throwing more men and hours at it.
The extra men need supervision and materials to work with.
The amount of time I have worked on a jobs where there is “a push” and more bodies and hours are throw at the job and it rarely helps

The only issue with extra hours should be the logistics, getting orders/supply bought forward.
That's a problem with bespoke parts as you are reliant on the supplier being able to ramp up as well as their suppliers.
But for standard parts it shouldn't be difficult, wiring, plumbing, electrical fixtures etc.
But from my experience chucking extra money at the suppliers, paying for overnight couriers etc can fix this as well.
