I see your point, but surely they'll have 'stand-by' tickets. People chancing it and just turn up at the ticket office... first come first serve. It will be interesting to see how the goons did it.

Think they had Bergkamp's testimonial which was essentially a friendly between the first team and a Bergkamp XI - we can't do that due to the season already starting by the time we'll be holding the test event(s).

One more for the BW lovers. Actually always felt with the sweeping curve corners, the new park lane had the feel of those old BW shots, you’d see of mass banked terraces.

The Liverpool test events were a U23’s open training session as the first and a Liverpool Ladies training event as the second! It included a controlled evacuation.

Nope just look at the pics. Glad I won’t have to be in the north ??

Until we actually see a view from a seat there i'd hold off. The computer generated images look a bit poor but adjustments may have been made since then. Hope so anyway.

Look at that pic above. Shows you that computer generated one is looking spot on.
Tbf the roof even gets in the way of the top of the screens for the south side stand.

It’s a minor thing in a bigger picture though

Pretty sure those seats can see the pitch, probably not the stands - which is what you want anyway.

I'm going there soon so I'll clear it up once and for all :D

Don’t care what anyone says the seats behind those big screens are crappy as hell

I've seen workman stood up beneath them with acres of room above their hats, quite frankly if someone big enough to fill that gap turns up to a Spurs game there'll be a hell of a lot worse things to worry about than the screens, the view or the seat!

You are there for the pitch but for me I like to see the crowd and surrounding areas too.

Ask if they’ll be screens on front and back ??

I think that's the first time I've seen a view from what is clearly high up in the south stand, nice.
