I think (and could be wrong) that the crane is being lifted out of the stadium right now. Well there are lines coming from above, that crane has got to weigh multiple tonnes, precarious work

I am sure I heard that the cranes were actually bought by us, as there was a shortage at the time when we were looking to hire them, so had to buy instead - Heard that due to the inflation in steel, levy made or will make £3m on them..

Its not a crane!!!! Its the grow light rig. There are no cranes (apart from the green all terrain crane) in the bowl anymore. The lines coming from above are the absale ropes used to access the Sky Lounge.

Also I was talking with the sales exec about Spurs and contact (he was a West Ham fan although you wouldn't believe it because he was so down to earth lol) and he seemed to think that Toby was staying for the record, talk of him signing a new deal now, pinch of salt and all that but he seemed fairly certain so there's that. - @Archibald&Crooks give me my blue background please :p

That's going to be a pain for fans. What if you need to go toilet?

I’m normally the most optimistic. But I just can’t see this being “ready” in 5 weeks for Liverpool. Can a stadium with massive holes in the exterior be passed ready, seems unlikely. Anyways is there a cut off date we have to tell the premier league ?

Optimistic as ever:)
Most of those "holes" are where machinery is situated, afaik. All they need to do is put the cladding over them.
Might be wrong but ...……..

WHL had a big hole in the corner of the North and East stands during the 2016/7 season.

It’s panels and glazing and then the veil. Just seems exterior of West and east have barely changed in 3 months. Appreciate they are focusing on interior but it’s quite annoying.

In my opinion they will finish the veil on the West side, as that's where most of the public/media will film, focus on, and the East and South will be finished off in between games.
