Well that would be the whole forum(y)

Well a Riot in the UK only needs 3 or more people gathered together for an illegal purpose. So the only question is would 1,000 people gathered to beat the fcuk out of you be illegal or a humane act? :ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:

Under the law? Illegal. For me? Humane. It would put me out of my misery:cautious:

ST holders refunded £63 for Liverpool game but then have to pay £70 to go to it? The club is operating in an extremely selfish way at the moment.

Why are you going out of your way to be negative? We can be at the Liverpool game for as little as £45. And for Cardiff you'll be either £13 or £23 up depending on which £70 seat you're referring to.

Have to say was incredibly disappointed when the delay news broke. But as the dust settles it sounds like worst case is Xmas. Which is 4 months 7 PL games and a few cup games. Yes it’s annoying, but as said to have to wait 4 more months to have the best PL stadium is a pretty small price to pay.

If some are so sure that it was nearly ready for September 15th , then why can they no longer estimate it will be ready for October 28th which is about another 6 weeks on ? it doesn't make sense unless there is a very serious problem . If all the visual stuff is easy to install and get ready then what can't be fixed within the next month ?

From the previous timings we will need a test event by 14th October basically just under 2 months away which Mace/Spurs cannot confirm, I just find that odd.

They probably can't book another test event until they're certain that the problem has been solved.

Do season ticket holders automatically receive a refund, or do they have to apply? They can't just use the WHL ticket for Wembley?

At the end of the day who chose the contractors means nothing though, Mace will have to own the fact that they were unable to deliver the project by the deadline as per their contractual obligation. For all I know there could be some sort of contingency for this situation in there so I'm not trying to make Mace look bad or anything, this happens all the time in construction, I'm just saying that they will need to accept responsibility for the delay as it is their job to prevent it.

Much like football it's all about results and they can say what they want but it'll only serve to save face with people who bother with listening to excuses.

Maybe Mace should've brought up the extremely tight schedule at the beginning and said no, it can't be done within the time frame expected!

Don't think the PL games will be a problem. CL games on the other hand might be.

It’s one of the reasons why I might not go to the Liverpool game. That and the fact it’s early kick off at Wembley, plus it’s on TV, so I may just go to Cardiff and save the rest of the refund to use for CL games.

However, what you lose in terms of prices for the Liverpool game, you make up for the Fulham and Cardiff games so it evens itself out.

Agree though the club could have reduced prices for the games that will now be at Wembley due to the delay, but as we know, the club doesn’t do goodwill.

Looks like your comparing ST's at NWHL that cost £1200 to the Club Wembley middle tier behind the goal, difference is at Wembley you get a padded seat and a cup holder must be worth the extra seven quid. :)

Yeah this is the biggest disappointment for me. Was really looking forward to the CL games at the new stadium.

I know it’s negative thinking, but if things don’t go well this season it might mean we won’t have experienced CL with this current team either at WHL or the new stadium.

They got sub cons to agree to timescales, we said in region of 30+ weeks for the roof, mace wanted circa 23, company who did it signed up to 14!

I’ll probably boycott the Liverpool game which is annoying as I want to go. Refund was £52.37 but Liverpool ticket is £52 in the cheapest seat but after booking fees it will be more

pretty obvious quite a few people are using the refund/credit to get a reduction in the cost of a season ticket, miss a few games at the start of the season catch the business end and save a couple of hundred pound in the process.

Is it right that if one CL game is played at Wembley then the remaining CL home games have to be played there?
