I would think the opening of the shop gives us a clue to when we start using the stadium.

Wasting your breath, every time he posts his view is next year, which means anytime between January to May. Which makes laying the pitch pretty pointless even if it’s given you a grin, smile will appear once it has lines on it

There's a coys500 on SSC has a very similar outlook on all things Spurs to coys200 on here.
Always seeming on the down side of things.
Really glad I don't have that mentality, life's hard enough without looking for the worst in situations.

FWIW the Twitter user that coys200 is quoting says next season, not next year. The pics on his TL would suggest he's working on the new stadium, but who knows whether he actually knows anything.

yes I do agree, but because of the mess Scholar left us in, and then the PL and Sky starting soon after Sugar we was always playing catch up. Had Scholar not messed up on the stadium development at the time we might of not had to sell crucial players at a time we was a good team. I blame Sugar for sacking Venables as I honestly think we was on the right track (bar financials)
I agreed with Venables sacking at the time as he had his own agenda and it had nothing to do with Spurs

looking at that twitter user doesn't show that picture on his recent posts, but unless he is a fire officer I don't know how he can know when we will play

Oh I agree he had his own agendas but tell me the next decent manager we had after. he was similar to Redknapp in he got players playing for him

Edit: all this talk about ENIC not backing the manager has totally derailed the Stadium thread, my apologies for my part in it to all those that don't want to see this. the stadium problems, and lack of transfers is taking over every single bloody thread

I'd be shocked if Poch would tell the press he is "very confident" we'll be in before Christmas and it ends up being March or later.

we finished 15th 1991-1992 season

bad year for me, got married to a nutter, though we did win the FA Cup in 91:p

looking at his final few years, I must of been living in a bad world because I don't remember us being that shit. should of sacked him straight after the cup final win:LOL:

91-92 Terry Venables moved into the boardroom after Alan Sugar bought the club.

He appointed Peter Shreeves as manager, who was useless.

Sorry for being off topic.

There's two months between now and the Burnley game. I suspect we'll be in by then. It's not long to go until we see test events being announced i suspect. Everything points to it being close. The club won't deliberately keep the team and supporters away.

Patience.....

Bizarre agenda on here. All I did was post a tweet from a guy who is obviously working on the stadium. He’s also a big spurs fan has no obvious reason to lie. He said to me his heart said March but his head said next season. All I did was pass on what looks like solid info and this makes me negative ?

Anyway I’ve asked him if his opinion is based on the fire systems or just general work that needs to be finished.

There’s going to come a point soon I think, where once we have an opening date for the stadium, that I’m going to stop looking at the photos and videos of the stadium. It’s almost starting to feel like spoilers for a film or tv programme.

This guy is clearly working on the stadium has loads of pics on TL. Appears a big spurs fan and says next year. See no reason to really disbelieve him.

Yeah but how do we know this isn't one of them guys snorking coke?

We know that Daniel levy recently told Pochettino it would be before Christmas. Unless these people are party to information that Daniel levy isn't?
