I assume that is round teh east stand which is the NFL entrance, I guess that'll be a little bit NFL all the time.
Plus the shop as well I should imagine.

Depends what you mean by “a little bit NFL”?

I’m a Spurs supporter, with a ST ticket for Spurs in the East Stand ( a very expensive ST I may add).

They have already replaced my equivalent WHL seat with corporate seating for the NFL tunnel club. If when I attend Spurs games it looks just as much an NFL stadium as it does Spurs then yes I will be pissed off and have every right to be.

Now I’ve got that moan out of the way I will say I will reserve judgement until I actually start going to the stadium.

Also, it’s not clear anyway where that picture even is. Could well be the shop.

Unfortunately I think there’s definitely been a bit of an effort to minimise actual spurs branding in the stadium. I really would have expected a couple of statues on the podium of greaves or bill nic. No named stands no seat branding and most of the exterior branding Is pretty low key. As far as I’m aware there isn’t even any obvious signage of the club name on the main entrance. The only explanation for me is they are pretty confident of actually getting a London NFL franchise. Because for a couple of NFL games a year to make it so generic makes no sense. All in all it doesn’t massively bother me I know it’s its WHL and our home. But it must be one of the only club stadium in the world that doesn’t have the club name above main entrance.

Or maybe that is the last stuff to go up and they have more important stuff to work on?

I think their way forward is to have as much electronic signage as possible. That way you will be able to brand the arena to the event. There are the cockerels - in the concrete and on top of the stand.. There's bound to be some other major permanent THFC branding also.

We have the moto in English and Latin as well as established 1882 in those blue and white tiles.

I must of imagined the fucking huge "Audere set Facere" and "established 1882" signs blazoned along the sides of the stadium then

I am expecting a statue of Ted Lasso outside the main entrance.

Hugo could do with one of them helmets when he starts charging out of goal

i dont mind it as long as it's minimal. I'm sure there will be far more Spurs stuff than NFL. We have one of the biggest club shops in the world. There will be a section for NFL merch and still plenty of room for them 'Spurs won a game' DVDs too.

edmonton on first game: even Levy doesn’t know yet. Other senior staff if pushed have the opinion of Burnley.

I'm expecting electronic branding and signage, beyond the Cock itself, which can obviously be programmed to match whatever event the stadium is hosting. Wembley does it, for those of you who don't actually go to the games.

Don't push me on this but if I really had to take a guess I'd say most people walking past a fuck off big stadium on Tottenham High road with a cockeral on the front would make the leap.

If it's not Chelsea because of a "police problem" that makes it almost certain to be done by Burnley, correct? That's 3 additional weeks of work that can be done in that time frame and if Chelsea has been considered as a date only for the police to say no...I'd say Burnley sounds like the one.

I can't see it being Chelsea as the Inter game the week after has to be played at Wembley, would be stupid to finally go home only having to go back to Wembley a few days later.
