What did everyone think about the food? I had the N17 Grill burger and it was pretty decent, certainly like one of the good McDonalds ones where as the food at Wembley is crap and I don't think I ever had anything at WHL because the queues were always too long

Our group went to the chicken place and the food was great! The prices are comparable with Wembley, but the quality is so much higher (from what we experienced so far at least).

I had the fish & chips which was similar to club Wembley although better chips and £8.95 I am sure club Wembley is £11.95 or £12.95 for a similar size portion.
My grandson had pizza which is about half the price of club Wembley and my son had the Asian which I haven't seen in club Wembley.

All were happy and we will certainly be eating in the ground at least at some games, which we never ever did at WHL.

OH MY GOD, what if someone tripped on the top step and rolled all the way down to the concrete below?! Have the club not thought this through? I'm concerned there will be accidents etc..........

Probably why they put a slope on the pitch, so fans don't roll onto it.

That is why there is a slope up to the playing surface - it will keep people from falling down the steps, and then rolling onto the pitch.

Levy thinks of everything.

OK enough.

The slopes are needed so the pitch doesn't get waterlogged.

Now quit your jibber jabber fools.

If the burgers are on par with McDonalds I think I’ll pass.

Now if we’re talking Five Guys standard I’m in!

I think the pitch has it's own drainage system installed in the bottom of the 3 pitch containers and the pitch itself is actually flat as opposed to other grounds. These are higher in the centre to assist draining pitch.

What we reckon for a February opening? Should we read anything into our 2 games at start of Feb (newcastle & Leicester) picked by sky?

Without knowing for sure id say newcastle will be the first game. Right now thats the game they have in mind providing no ugly suprises arise from here to jan the 7th (the next update).

Club Wembley is £7 for fish & chips with the fish being decent but the chips awful

The food at Wembley is really poor and expensive, but then the food in the paces around the area are even worse.

I did like the steak & ale pies at WHL! Bit give me a pie and I am easily pleased.
