Is there any reason behind the positioning of the open panels around the outside of the stadium? I assumed it was a random pattern but now I'm not so sure.

Is there any time limit on the gap between test events and a proper competitive game? Could we for example, hold test events over the next two weeks and that is good to go whether it is next month or next season?
It all depends on how quickly they could issue the Safety Certificate and whatever form of Entertainment License is required. If the L.A. is onboard it could be done as quickly as they were of a mind to be.

ok but taking that into account... if the stadium was ready, but with the potential risk of upsetting the season would they still push ahead
I reckon Poch, Levy and the players would be keen to get in there tomorrow if they could.
I have always maintained that they will move as soon as is legally possible, because the marginal cost per match of staying at Wembley is astronomical. I don't know hard figures, but surely well in excess of £1m per match.

I was sat next to tourist fans on Wednesday.
Strange behaviour! Left their seats about 40 mins in, came back 15 mins in to the second half with chicken and chips and left before the Lorrente goal - did it bother me, yeah a bit but, it didn’t spoil the game or atmosphere for me, plenty of fans near me singing their heart out. I just except this is Wembley and get on with it.
Think things will be different when we go home as there just won’t be as many tickets available, so less tourists I hope.

like other when you are at a midweek game and you have a kid who has school the next day you have no choice but to leave early as its the difference between getting home at midnight and getting home at 1am. But weekend games. meh. I will be getting involved in some brewskis!

If I remember correctly the cost was around £2 million per match at Wembley last season. It’s been reported that the price is higher per game this season.

Factor in lost revenue from food and drink sales as well as merchandise and i’d be absolutely amazed if Levy is’nt doing everything possible to get us in as soon as possible.

Mate you’re not a tourist, you’re one of us.
I mean actual tourist, that just go to take in a game that don’t support the club but want to experience a game, nothing wrong with that either, they chose well.

I mean...technically it is more mine than theirs because I have a season ticket?
So? It is not a charity so as far as I know they have all bought a ticket to attend as well. The difference is that you have paid in advance.

Take it a bit further, there are those like myself who cannot attend because we are currently overseas, who splash out on TV subscriptions every month solely to watch our beloved Spurs. This money is paid into Broadcasting rights where Spurs is a recipient. So whether or not its done directly or indirectly, we all pay into the club. So no, technically you have no more right of entitlement than us

[Edit] On second thoughts, I suppose there is a difference for between an occasional visitor
who love and supports the club and one who just visits for hang of it. In that case I concede you would be more entitled

We should have more than enough seasoned fans in the stadium to make a noise. All tourists welcome in my eyes. I want the privilege of going to any other ground in the world as a football fan, same should be returned.

Ideally we'd push for signficantly increased away allocations across the tournament, but I can't see it. Just beggars belief that we can go to Barcelona, or Dortmund can come to us, and you have large numbers of away fans stuck in the home end while there's thousands upon thousands of empty seats.

I've read a book about Peter Cook. He was a huge Spurs fan. He went to Spurs v Man U back in the day and stood in with Man U fans. Then he started shouting Come On You Spurs and got punched in the face losing a tooth lol.
Legend.
