    I read that we have offered them land, and relocation costs but not rebuilding new premises. The land is already owned by ENIC.

    Is that true? Is that fair?

    under the borough wide regeneration plan, the ndp area is suposed to be designated as a recreational/residential zone. anyone knows whether the council can apply any measures against undertakings which do not conform to the required criteria e.g an industrial kebab equipments manufacturer.

    But we do have the right to take the land - it's the Compulsory Purchase Order - it gives the power to do just that.
