A comprehensive new study has assessed the transfer fees paid out by all of the clubs in the top five leagues since 2012.
Tottenham Hotspur have come out near the top of a new transfer survey that assesses how good negotiations have been for new signings over the years.

It’s a bit of a non article really, if you want to strengthen and want a player you need to pay over the odds sometimes.

We have massively paid over the odds for some players as well.

We have also been working in tough financial conditions than the rest so have had to the shrewdest and less ambitious.

But my god is beer good at the micro brewer and I doubt you can get a pizza as speedy anywhere else in the world! So hopefully levy will be able to splash the cash sensibly

They honestly had to do a study to determine that….

I'd be very alarmed if we hadn't done better deals than the likes of Pogba and Pepe. We moan about Ndombele but some of their deals are absolutely shocking.
