Thanks for the info which obviously missed - very sorry to hear that someone whose opinion/input I respected.
That’s very sad. He had some very insightful knowledge when going through the planning and the building of the THS.
I tried searching for the thread but couldn’t find it, if you’d be kind to point me in the right direction

Let's hope he/she doesn't deduct us 10 points
for being Enfield Council's preferred bidder even though we didn't even offer the highest rental , according to Council papers we offered the 4th highest rental fee.
