Yep, I'm pretty sure that's the logic, we'll see if it works out or not.

Otoh, maybe a lot of (buying) clubs will like it this way. Maybe prices will drop on the continent after our window closes because sellers can no longer claim deep PL pockets are in for player xyz as well.
