When do these get posted out?

Booked mine online when they went on general sale, and in the past I've usually received them pretty quickly, but yet to get this one. I know it's a month away, but the local post is notoriously dodgy.

If it did go missing, what are my options?

2: Inform the club that you haven't received it and ask for a duplicate to be sent out
3: When you get to the ground and find your seat, beat up your postman again

They've known about the problems at the local post office for ages. I would have thought it would have been stamped out by now.
