I, like others, wonder are players like N'Jie and N'Koudou getting enough of a chance but that's based on the odd outing off the bench when I see them and me wanting them to do well.
Poch is quite clear that a player signs to train and then if he performs sufficiently well with the attributes and attitude expected he will get his chance in the team. If he lets a player go after one year then he has decided in the 200 or so training days that they are not the right fit.
That is a fair bit of time for the manager and staff to assess and decide.
Part of Poch's character is that he is ruthless and that's a consistent attribute in the best Managers in history. Always strive to improve.
