Tottenham manager Mauricio Pochettino is not going to “cry” about his side’s injury problems.

Spurs have been beset with absentees all season but their latest blow has seen star striker Harry Kane ruled out until early March, while the influential Moussa Sissoko is also out for two weeks with a groin issue.

One is top of the league and looking like winning it. The other still thinks no signings, after a world cup summer, was a good idea.

Poch has nothing to spend. Klopp spends like a drunken sailor.

They’ve won nothing yet ( something Klopp seems to avoid criticism for weirdly ) and if they fail to this year, Klopp will have one of the all time great meltdowns given how highly strung and how much of an old tart he is.

It's just because it is to Kane this surfaces. We've had injuries as a long-term, significant problem over several seasons in a row. Fewer injuries, and there is no telling what the team could have achieved. But it's a known and calculated risk, and we have yet to ride a wave of dumb luck and blatant fortune when it comes to injuries.

It's because Kane is injured, Son is away and Moura isn't really a striker.

Really? You think Pochettino thinks signing no-one was a good idea?

Or that he is trying to work within a constrained system and continue to try and give off a positive vibe to supporters and the media in spite of the uncertainty over the stadium, lack of money, lack of signings and injuries to important members of the squad.

I don't believe he thought it was a good idea, obviously.
I think he needs to moan and make a point like Klopp or else Levy will never unzip his pockets.

The moaning Klopp is doing is getting him exactly what he wants when he wants it.

The one thing that Levy has always hated the most, is managers bitching in public. Poch knows better than to sour the relationship in that way. I’m sure that he’s talking to Levy and co in a constructive way about signings behind closed doors. Well I hope so anyway. Would hate to think that Poch is being some kind of martyr about all of this.

So I suppose you believe he should go off to ManU too as the moaning would signify dissatisfaction and keep the intense press and pundit speculation.

we are dropping like flies.

Once the news comes out that Dele is out for a month, reality will sink in.

We need to buy players now, or all that has been gained up till now, could be lost.
