Irrespective of which people were to blame, we have had a clear out. However, we shoud note/address a few points:

1. The manager will speak directly to bbc/sky interviewers and more importantly to the players, in Engish. I am not adverse to non English speaking coaches, but I can't help but think that the message gets lost in translation.
2. HR will understand what it means for us to win or lose and he will give a crap about it. We have great quality in the side and I'm sure he will get the players trying and beleiving.
3. Contrary to many people on this forum .. I cannot see the value of GP other than to translate and shrug his shoulders when asked a difficult question. A good number two is vital .. but I have grown tired to lame excuses instead f technical reasons why e lost and what we are going t do about it. Working harder and trying harder is simply not ood enough excuses.
4. Someone needs to tell Gomes, it is not accetable to cry his eyes out when he gets hurt... that was so embarrasing .. maybe he should go as well.
5. We need stability and, where possible, a regular 11.
6. We need 2 proven strikers .. JD may be one but we need another
BIGGER one. Pav seems like a it if a Reberov to me .. I hope I am poven wrong.
7. I can accept losing, I can even accept fighting to stay up, bu what I find hard to accet is when we do not play like a team. Is it me or are players getting REDS to stay away dor s few weeks ?
8. We WILL turn hings around .. but everyone needs to work hard, ultimately if you try hard and play well, the good decisions/fortunes will follow.
9. Spending BIG in Jan will save us tye embarrasment and the loss of mega millions if we go down.

LETS Hope things will turn around soon

I agree HR is not many people first choice, but there are worse managers out there and we all need t get behind the players.

No more booing,FFS !
