Oliver Skipp has just signed a new contract at Tottenham and has spoken about calls for him to become the next captain, Mauricio Pochettino and Antonio Conte, and the academy.

We have, for a long time, needed a true leader on the pitch as captain, one who not only leads by example (as I think Skipp would) but who will also organise / berate his team mates when needed - and I am not sure Skipp is that man.
