I can vouch for that. I've known Cliff and his family since I was 12 years old - used to babysit for Cliff and Joan many years ago and still keep in touch with them. I even feature in one of their home movies!

Cliff always kept himself fit, in his mid-70s now and going strong. Comes from good Welsh stock with football in the blood (even though his Uncle Bryn, one of five brothers who all played pro football, wore the colours of the enemy.)
