I disagree he is like Defoe but built like a tank

Defoe's a poacher. Hulk plays off the wing and cuts in, which is where I think AVB sees Bale next season. Either way, it was just a loose comparison. I'm sure he has many attributes that are similar to many other players.

Point being, we don't need a Hulk because we have Bale. As someone said in another thread, we need a striker for Bale to play with like Hulk had Falcao at Porto.

Amorebieta was a real prospect at one point, not sure if he lost his way a bit but that seems a decent bit of business on a free transfer.

I agree about the bale bit but watch him play and similarities between defoe and Hulk are unreal. Yes one is a wide forward and the other isnt but both have similar techniques in that they put cut on to the their strong foot and hit the ball somewhat towards goal. They also both tend to be greedy basterds and etc.

He is the brazilian Defoe of the wing built like a tank and also at Porto Hulk played at striker quiet a bit when Falcao didnt use to play

Fulham announce the signing of former Athetic Bilbao central defenderFernando Amorebieta, 28, on a four-year deal. Amorebieta has eight international caps for Venezuela and one goal which came in a 1-0 victory against Argentina in a 2014 World Cup qualification match.

Good signing on a free for Jol.
Is probably now one of the youngest players at fulham lol

Anyone else really worried that L'Arse are looking likely to get Jovetic, and are also sniffing around our Aubameyang... They still need a CDM though. I hate them so much.

Reports are heating up in Italy that Juve are close to signing Higuain. Unfortunately, this not only eliminates him as a Spurs target but also means they may no longer be in for Jovetic, paving his way to go to Arsenal.

Long or short - Juve have got a "yes" from Higuain and now the ball's in Madrid's court. Apparently a difference of 8 million is the stumbling block.

Jovetic doesn't worry me, seems quite injury prone and his goal return isn't exactly worrying. I'd happily see them splash a lot of money on him and think they are finished up top, I would be worried if they got Higuain though. Someone who if given the confidence and support can stick the ball away.

I've only seen a handful of games and I wasn't too impressed by him, I've previously echoed your sentiment entirely in that Hugain would worry me more.

Is that the kind of 8m that sounds like "We Want Vidal next season" when translated from Spanish to Italian?

The Goons seem incapable of repairing injured players too, Jack Wheelchair is a case in point

Jovetic simply oozes class and I'd hate to see him leave La Viola, seeing him in Arsenal would only add insult to injury. I'd be crushed if he went there.
