I'm sick of this misconception that our bad form started against Arsenal when we were 2-0 up.
That was on Feb 26th, a full 6 weeks after we drew 1-1 with Wolves at Home.
From that moment on Jan 14th, we scored 14 points in 14 games. In a period of 3 and a half months.
That's over a 3rd of the season, where our results were as bad as any relegated team in Europe.
It was no blip.
It was a travesty.
We should have finished 3rd this season, and anything else is FAILURE for the second year running.
I don't blame our players for wanting to leave if they do, but if I was a top manager, I'd think twice about spending 50 million on Bale, who's 3 month late season holiday was as epic a FAILURE as Harry's.
Last night just rubs salt in that wound.
